titled "Multidimensional and Integrative Medicine" at the American Holistic
Medical Association (AHMA) 24th Annual Conference in Miami on May 3, 2001.
An outline of the
talk is provided below followed by the Healing Questionnaire.
The Healing Questionnaire is an instrument developed by Meridian
Institute to measure multidimensional healing. Some of the items
on the Healing Questionnaire were recognized previously by Wayne
Jonas, MD.
